TheFourthWall ("we," "our," "the Publication") provides editorial content, city guides, imagery, and membership access through thefourthwallcp.com. By using the site or becoming a member, you agree to these Terms of Use and Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

All writing, photography, video, design, and original imagery published on TheFourthWall are owned by the Publication or its contributors and protected by copyright. You may share excerpts with attribution and a link back, but you may not republish, resell, or train machine learning models on our work without written permission.
3. Membership
Memberships ($60/year Digital, $120/year Premium) grant a personal, non-transferable license to access member content. Memberships renew automatically on the anniversary of your start date until you cancel. Previous payments are non-refundable; you retain access through the end of your billing cycle after cancellation.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to scrape the site, circumvent paywalls, share login credentials, impersonate others, or use TheFourthWall for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for violations.
5. Third-Party Spaces
Hotels, restaurants, and venues featured editorially are independent businesses. Our coverage is not an endorsement of every experience, and we are not responsible for bookings made through external partners.
6. Disclaimers & Liability
The Publication is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose, and limit liability to the amount paid for membership in the prior twelve months.
7. Changes
